About the IWLCA

The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) is a membership-led, professional association representing the nation’s intercollegiate women’s lacrosse coaches within Division I, II & III of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), and the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA). The IWLCA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational organization.

Currently there are over 540 institutional members and over 1,200 coaches and staff at NCAA Division I, Division II, Division III, and NAIA collegiate programs.

The IWLCA also plays a vital role in the sport’s ecosystem by organizing major recruiting events and showcases that connect prospective student-athletes with college programs, while its annual convention brings members together to shape best practices and policy. In addition, the association administers awards and recognition programs that highlight excellence and help elevate the visibility and growth of women’s lacrosse nationwide.
